Poprzeczna 52s / 1, 05-506 Lesznowola and correspondence address ul. Poprzeczna 52s / 1, 05-506 Lesznowola, which provides services electronically and stores and accesses information on User devices through the Service,

b) Service - Internet service provided by the Administrator at http: //www.bombaybazaar.pl,c) User - end user or subscriber within the meaning of the Act of July 16, 2004 Telecommunication Law (Journal of Laws of 2004, , No. 171, item 1800 with amendments)

2. By performing the obligations imposed by the Law of 16 July 2004, the Telecommunications Law below indicates how to store 
information or access information already stored in your End User. By the information contained in this document, you are informed of:
 a) the purpose of storing and accessing this information, b) the ability to specify storage conditions or access to this information by setting up the software installed in your telecommunications terminal device or configuration services. 
3. The Administrator's Service uses cookies. "Cookies" means messages served in the form of text sent by the server on which the Service is located and stored in the end user's memory. 
4. Information collected through Cookies is used by the Administrator to provide electronic services, as well as for statistical and marketing purposes. This information does not contain personal or confidential information.

6. You may disable cookies at any time in the manner indicated by the manufacturer of your web browser, but this may prevent you from providing electronic services by the Administrator.
7. The administrator informs that it holds HTTP requests directed to the server servicing the Service for the purpose of analyzing and optimizing the operation of this server and the Service. The visited resources are identified by URL, and the information stored in the server log files is as follows: - public IP address of the computer from which the query was made may be directly from the user's computer; - client station name; - identification by the http protocol, if possible - time of arrival, - request of http, - http response code, - the URL of the page previously visited by the user (so called referer link) - if the page was visited by a link, - information about the user's browser, - the error information that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction
8. Data stored in server log files are anonymous and are not associated with specific visitors to the Service.
